On foot from Piccadilly train station

Head towards Piccadilly St, then onto Piccadilly gardens area pass Debenhams department store and the tram stop, take your next left onto Fountain St, next cross roads turn right on to York Street and Room is 100yds in front of you on the edge of Spring Gardens.

On foot from Deansgate

Head for the mid point of Deansgate Kendal's department store, with the shop directly behind you, cross the road onto the pedestrianised end of King St, head up the hill until the road forks around to the left onto Spring Gardens, Room is on the left hand.
