Doubles: Bjorn Borg poses for a photograph with Mansour Bahrami at Room restaurant in Castle Street
Tennis star Bjorn Borg shrugs off his injury woes to enjoy one of Liverpool’s newest restaurants. The Swedish legend had to pull out of the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament after being bitten by a friend’s dog. It would have been the 51-year-old’s first singles match in a grass court tournament since losing the Wimbledon final against John McEnroe in 1981. Last night, Borg, pictured here with Iranian Pro-tennis player Mansour Bahrami, enjoyed dinner at trendy Room restaurant in Castle Street.
