Room owners John Pallagi and Simon Wright opened Grille in Harrogate on Wednesday 25th April. Housed within the newly refurbished Balmoral Hotel, the restaurant has been launched following the success of the first Grille in London, which opened in September 2006.
They are also pleased to welcome new head chef Sarah Huggett at Room in Leeds. Sarah has some 10 years experience in some of London’s most popular restaurants, including the Tate Britain Gallery restaurant and the Builders Arms in Chelsea, where her work enabled the restaurant to be included in the acclaimed Michelin Guide.
