It is Rooms policy
when booking a table of 8 or more to request credit card
details.

You will be required
to return a copy of your confirmation to indicate your acceptance of these Terms
& Conditions.

|
The menu discussed
and finalised on your confirmation, will be the only menu available for your
party.
|
| 4. |
|
24hrs notice will be
required if there is a decrease in numbers, or cancellation. Failure to comply
with this will result in a £10 per head cancellation charge.

|
If numbers increase,
we would appreciate sufficient notice to be able to accommodate your party.
|
| 6. |
|
Your table will be ready for you at
the time stated. Pre-dinner drinks should be arranged at a time before this.
Tables are held for 15 minutes before reallocating them, and we require the
table back 2 hours after the booking time, unless a private area has been
hired. |

|
Large parties may be
seated on separate tables, depending on numbers.
|
| 8. |
|
A non discretionary 10% service charge will be added to parties of 20 and above. |
| 9. |
|
Separate Terms &
conditions will be issued when booking an Event or a Private Dining
Room.

|
Balloons or fancy
dress are not permitted in the main restaurant.
|
| 11. |
|
If you wish to bring
in a Birthday cake it may be subject to a cakeage charge of £5.00 per person if
presented and served to your party in replacement of
dessert.

|
The management
reserves the right to cancel any bookings subject to giving 7 days
notice.
|

|
Room will be under no
liability for any loss or damage to guest’s property.
